HTML Help: Change Animated Gif Looping
I have an animated gif of a dog that runs across my page, but it only does it once and stops. What's the code to make it repeat?
The repetition is called looping, which is set when the image is saved. It can be set for any number of loops, including infinite, but there's no HTML code that you can use to change it.
You can open the image in an animation editor and change the looping if the image is in the public domain. If it's not a public domain image you'll need to obtain permission from the copyright holder to change it.
