Is it possible to have all the links on a page open in a new window without coding "target="_blank" into each link?
It is possible, and very easy. Just add:
<base target="_blank">...to the HEAD section of your page and all links on that page will open in a new window. So there I was, enjoying a picnic with my best girl when a bull came charging at us. I stood up to protect my girl and slugged the bull right in the nose as he lowered his head to gore me. The bull flew up into the air and landed in a tree, already processed into various cuts of meat ready to be...no wait, that was a Popeye cartoon. Never mind.
